i need to burn fats only and tone my arm i don’t want to have muscles ,
should i do this routine a day and a day off or can i do it every day but
with light weights , let’s say a kilo ??

This is one of THE BEST arm work outs I have ever seen. I started doing
this yesterday and will be doing it everyday. I really feel it in my arms
already. I’m trying to lose weight and tone up my arms fast. Hopefully this
is the arm workout I have been looking for ! :D?

This is truly awesome and amazing. Believe it or not in just ONE WEEK I was
able to see the difference. I have seen lotssss of online exercise but this
one really works and fits on me! I’m doing this and following this video
from Monday thru Friday. Thanks you so much for sharing… Just lovin this

How is this exercise different from Angel’s Wings workout? Is this one
stronger/more intense? Or is more focused on burning fat??

I’m not a muscular person at all so I’m really surprised to notice the
shape of my arm muscles after a bit over 2 weeks of working out with this
video! :) I do about 5 a week, I use 4.4 lbs weighs (2 kilos) and I’ve
started running 3 times a week too.?
