Yes spot on you wright it good to have 1 cheat day week.My cheat day is on
every Saturday.So up more cals as can get body in turbo mode.I got Gym
Monday,Tuesday,Wedesday.Thuday.Then Sunday to Friday I walk 1 hours aday.I
lucky I on Indoneia diet 1500cals aday.On Saturday do cheat day all day.I
stop eating after 6pm at night.After turbo body 36 hours later I tank up
full energy at Gym.?

It would be a shame if you did not gain weight and get ripped when these

its not cheat day. My dad’s cooking a pizza and it Smells Fkn Amazing!
